It says: 

You use à when describing going to or being in a city.  

And you use de to indicate being, coming or returning from a city. 

So then how do you decide if you want to express being in a city since you use both de and à?

Why the use of the subjunctive in "un avenir qui nous plaise"?

Why does "CP" correspond to "first grade"? How are French grade levels named?

The model text uses "ont fait transféré"—should that not be "ont fait transférer"?  (As another thing, I don't think "saisi" should be translated into English as "seized" in this context: more like "informed" or "apprised".)

Three questions:

1.     “quand ça arrivera” – would “quand ça se passera” be acceptable?

2.    “la grande ville où nous habitons” – would "la grande ville où on habite” be acceptable?

3.    “intelligemment” – would “habilement” be acceptable here?

The question asks which one is better... but there are two acceptable ways to say this in the answer box?  Why is en train de better?   

J'ai trois soeurs. Does this change to Je n'ai pas trois soeurs or je n'ai pas de soeurs. If the latter, then do all numbers change to de??

Why am I unable to retake the quick, 2 question quiz at the end of a lesson? I have put the lesson in my notebook, gone to my notebook to retake the quiz, but it still says I took the quiz 3 days ago,Go to you notebook not to kwiz this topic as many times as you like.
This is not consistent, but it is also not infrequent. It helps me know that I DI know the material and can move on.
