Passé composé neverAre negative statements in the past, e.g. jamais, mostly passe composé rather than imparfait. I can't décide if 'never' is an ongoing state (i never learnt to ski) or a terminated action (i never ate it) but as i write this i am thinking context dependant , but since i have already written it i will post it ; )

Could you also say "C'est tres bon?" Instead of "Il est tres bon?"

I don’t think it is correct English to say ‘Merseyside comprises Liverpool’. One could possibly say ‘includes Liverpool’?Maybe it is a phrase that doesn’t directly translate?

I live in Wales, "Pay de Galles" in French. In conversation I find I am referred to as "de Galles", which is correct?

Muriel is expecting.In this quiz "Muriel is expecting" can only be translated as "Muriel attend un bébé". Can you please explain why "Muriel attend" is not acceptable French?

Qui and ce qui

"Je ne sais pas qui lui plaît" and "Je ne sais pas ce qui lui plaît".

Does the "ce" change the meaning from who(m) to what?
