Requirement for "qui" in case "dont" + number is followed by a conjugated verb

This point has been already raised in an answer to a previous question but has not received any attention. So would like to pick it up again.

I have two grammar books containing examples with "dont" and numbers which do not state this requirement for "qui". For brevity I will just cite one of them:

"Grammaire Progressive du Français B1 B2", 2019, p.116:
"Ils ont trois grands enfants dont deux sont médecins."

So my assumption is that "qui" is not required, if the "number" is the subject of the next sentence.

AM and/or PM

On a quiz, the question was "Il est_________ (It's ten past three o'clock)(Hint use the 12 hour clock) " I wrote Il est quinze heures dix. The only accepted answer was "Il est trois heures dix". There was no indication that it was supposed to be AM. Can you please either arrange to have it accept both AM and PM or at least indicate that you specifically needed AM or PM in the question.

I believe it's right but I'm not sure how to specify that Kat is a nickname/preferred name.

Could you tell our listeners...

The tense chosen for pouvoir in this case is the conditional, which to me translates as "would you tell..." and not as "could you tell..." I get this wrong a lot and I am aware of the lesson but still err in regard to translating could. Help!

At the very start, why is it « ...as-tu prévu quelque chose pour le week-end ? » and not « ...as-tu planifié quelque chose pour le week-end ? » ?
What is the difference between the verb « prévoir » and « planifier » ?
