Why is "pouvoir" before "les utiliser" in the fourth sentence? The English to be translated was just "in order to use".
Hi, in “d'où l'on pouvait admirer la vallée du Rouvres en contrebas,” is the “l’” in “l’on” purely for euphonics (i.e. it carries no meaning)?
The sentence from Aug 1 RFI. Why the pronoun Y? What is it replacing, since I don't see an "a + verb" or a place that is normally replaced.

Why would this not be "bien", like the case of "Ma télé est bien" above? It's not food.

It was marked wrong, but I think that should also be accepted? avoir du retard = to be late

p.s. is it less common to use avoir du retard than être en retard?
We would profit if after the exercise we are given the sentences where we had made mistakes, or given a retrial to specifically work on them.
