Two possible conjugations in Le Conditionnel Passé?Hello, when I look into the conjugation tables (from Le Figaro web page) I see two possible conjugations patterns for Le Conditionnel Passé the one I used to j'aurais dû tu aurais dû il aurait dû nous aurions dû vous auriez dû ils auraient dû And this one j'eusse dû tu eusses dû il eût dû nous eussions dû vous eussiez dû ils eussent dû Are this forms equivalent? If we have a quantity ,does it work in the the same way. he ate half of the apples. How would you translate he ate half of the apples. would you need to insert a word such as he ate half the quantity of the apples?

What is the difference between "jeudi prochain" and "le jeudi d'arpès»? Would it be correct to explain that "jeudi prochain" is the next Thursday, i.e. from today, while "jeudi d'après" is "the following Thursday" regardless the time reference point (i.e. it could be the next Thursday from the event that had taken place a year ago) ?

La Saint-Valentin VideoBonjour! I just watched the St. Valentine's video posted on the web site. Very funny! In the transcript below the video it says "elle cligne des yeux" and "je cligne des yeux". Shouldn't the article "les" be used instead? Listening to the video, I'm not sure if he says des or les. Merci!

tes or ton possessive adjectivesIn the quiz a question is mentioned as: Tu prononçais mal tes "s". "s" being one alphabet it may be said as "ton". Hope It is right.
