C'est x Elle est

In the sentence "She's a French actress", supposing I'm pointing out to a picture of the actress in my hand or the actress is standing herself by my side, presenting her to others, in these cases, can I say "Elle est une actrice française" ? Or even though it remains "C'est une actrice française" ?

Hi. The perfect tense rather than the past tense?

Hi.' Mademoiselle Rose, vous êtes devenue une charmante jeune fille' translates as: M. Rose, you became a charming young lady. Wouldn't the perfect tense: you have become ' be better here if this is a direct comment to Miss Rose?

Use of "en" I don't really understand why "en" is used in this example, even after having reviewed the lesson you mention. Where does "de" come into it? "If I had a house", for example, would be "Si j'avais une maison" - not "Si j'en avais une maison, surely? In this case, the use of "en" seems to be rather random!

Encore vs. à nouveau

Why must I transat 'as if I pas 21 again' as 'si j'avais à nouveau 21 ans' and not 'si j'avais encore 21 ans'?

In the test one of the questions is Je ________ si j'avais une voiture.

The answer to the question is Je partirais si j'avais une voiture.

However, my question is about "j'avais une voiture." Why is it j'avais (imparfait) and not j'ai une voiture, considering that its in the present? Is this related to the subjunctif? Cause I have a feeling this has to do with the subjunctif :D

Héritage vs. Patrimoine

I have seen the word "heritage" translated as "patrimoine" in a similar context to this exercise - e.g. patrimoine rural (rural heritage), patrimoine culturel (cultural heritage), etc. Is there any reason why "medieval heritage" cannot be translated as "patrimoine médiéval"?

Why would it not be:

Oui, je y veux.
