I wonder, what's the matter with question 1 in the quiz. I answered it 4 or 5 times and each time the result was the same three out of four! But I didn't mark the answer which says ICECREAMS, so I'm disappointed 

I thought that with streets , roads we used the preposition Dan’s... then why are we using sur for chemin?

How do you know which to use?

do you only use rendre when talking about visiting a person?

Correct answer : de peur qu'il n'y ait une fuite de gaz.  Can de peur qu'il ne soit une fuite de gaz be used to mean the same thing ?

The test question "I have studied in Toulouse for two years" does not indicate that i am still studying or that i studied twenty years ago! Whereas  "I have been studying for two years.. " is continuing.  So could the translation be "J'etudiais a Toulouse pendant deux ans". ?

Why is "de vernis" used in this sentence and "du vernis" in the following sentence ? I thought it was a masculine noun, ie du vernis

Hi, I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong place I wasn't sure were to direct it to. But I was wondering if you have a sentence that has You and I in it or a person's name then either I or me(moi) how would that be categorized by? 

Would it be direct object pronouns?
