In the test, the phrase "Il s'en occupe tout de suite." is given. The correct responses indicated are:
He takes care of it right away. (I understand this is correct since it doesn't not refer to people.)
and
He takes care of them right away. ( I thought the lesson explained "en" can't refer to people, therefore,
following the lesson, I would think this would be, "Il s'occupe d'eux tout de suite.)
The sentence, "He takes care of him right way." is indicated as incorrect (I would think this would be Il s'occupe de lui tout de suite.)
What am I missing?
Why not use the past subjunctive instead of the present subjunctive which is used here? It’s translated from ‘Before you turned our world...’.

In this quiz , there is a sentence as "surtout quand elle détache ses longs cheveux roux."
Here, I am puzzled as to why possessive adjective is used with a body part but there is a lesson which contradicts by advising to use definite articles. Is this an exception ?
Secondly, why is 'roux' used for red ? Why not "rouges" ?

While reviewing, I came across this question... "How best to say 'He loved this book!'?" Since the question was multiple choice, the answer that it expected was obvious. But isn't l'imparfait better suited for this example than passé composé? When someone "loves a book", it is not a brief, one time thing. They don't love the book and then forget about it the second they put it down. It is more likely that he loved the book for years, until he died. Or if he is still living, he continues to love this book. It just seems to me that an emotion is a rather bad question choice for passé composé.

I came across this sentence in a French text book. " Elle m'a beaucoup aidée quand je suis arrivée ici." The speaker was female. Why is there agreement of aidée when the auxillary is avoir? Also is arrivée agreed as the clause uses etre? Thanks in advance.
