Question: Tu dois te présenter au Consulat Général pour avoir ton visa.

Answer: Tu dois t'y presenter pour en avoir

Why are we replacing ton visa with en and not le. Plzz tell

I am looking at the sentence 'Daffy et moi ne pouvons plus nous battre en paix sans être interrompu par mon humain' and wondering why 'interrompu' does not agree with 'Daffy et moi'...

"Je fumais depuis des années quand j'ai décidé d'arrêter"

I don't understand why "depuis" is used here despite the fact that we use "depuis" for ongoing actions as stated in the lesson below.

Using the present tense (Le Présent) - and not the compound past (Le Passé Composé) - in sentences with "depuis" (since/for) in French (French Prepositions of Time)

I see that the answer is à and not en. Why is en not appropriate in this case?

Use of subjunctive

Why is so much of this in the subjunctive? I understand why 'il faut que' in the first sentence is followed by the subjunctive. But why is it used in the sentence starting 'nous recherchons'?

can we use derrière instead of arrière?

E.g. why not say Oui maman, il est sur la plage derrière ?

Can ensuite be replaced with puis in this sentence? Are the two interchangeable or is there a slight difference in usage?
