After having eaten, I did st. = Having eaten, I did st.
Après avoir mangé, j'ai fait qqc., can it be Avoir mangé, j'ai fait qqc. colloquially?

Unfortunately, "après" must be part of this structure in French. Otherwise, it does not make much sense in French.
