Why is quelque not plural?

Why is there no "s" at the end of "quelque"? Would it ever have an "s"?

Sacre Charlemagne

J'ai vu recemment la chanson avec video 'Sacre Charlemagne' sur YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AH-a22xge-c (1964). Ca me semblait une chanson charmante mais aussi un peu bizarre!

Selon moi j'étudie depuis 2 mois en France = I have been studying in France for 2 months

J'ai étudié pendant 2 mois en France = I have studied in France for 2 months.

Est-ce que c'est faux pourriez-vous m'aider

I wrote « ...une bière qu’on a brassée soi-même. » with the extra ‘e’ in brassée. I was thinking « la bière que j’ai brassée »?

Why does verb "faiblissent" agree with "bougies" and not "la lumière? La lumière des bougies"?

Oui, je sais, c’est vraiment bête, why not c'était vraiment bête,

Le pauvre Tom n’arrêtait pas de dire pardon, Tom was'nt stopping saying pardon, instead of why not use ? Le pauvre Tom n'a pas arrêté de dire pardon, Tom did stop saying pardon,

Tom did not stop saying pardon, or Tom ne arréterait pas de dire pardon, Tom would not stop saying pardon.

I find these tenses very confusing,

Does not answer problem

Arrived here from a Kwiz and given a choice of même and pareille.. i choose la pareille.. which it said was wrong and directed me here for an explanation.. not seeing pareille and any explanation as to why I was wrong?
