I had a more difficult time than usual understanding some of the French in this particular exercise. There were certain phrases or words that seemed to have a different rhythm or pronunciation to them. Conversations between two French people are one of the most difficult things for me to understand so that may explain my problems! However, I was curious to know if the men spoke with a regional French accent? Thanks

Encourager in context of "to support a team"

I think you should also allow "j'encourage" for "I support" ? (For sentence: je soutiens le club de ma ville).

Why do we use C'est when talking about a specific pencil case?

For this statement: "Est-ce ta trousse? - Oui, c'est la mienne."

Why are we using "c'est" if it is about a specific item (the pencil case). In the previous lesson, if we know exactly what we're talking about we should use il/elle.

The answer to Martin likes Sarah is marked differently in different tests:

1) Martin aime Sarah

2) Martin aime bien Sarah

The transcription has "j'avais beaucoup de mal à parler" - shouldn't it be "du" instead of "de", going by the lesson cited in the exercise? At any rate, it sounded like "du" to me. Thank you.
