"Il est bon", refers to the actor or the film? If it is the film, shouldn't it be "c'et bon"?

Why could you not use étreinte or embrasser for hugging please? Enlacement only returns as one option in dictionaries and DeepL and Google translate so why is it preferred here? Thanks.
Please would you explain why the use of juste seems quite arbitrary, in some of your examples it’s there, but not in others.

I really enjoyed this article. Yes, it’s chestnut harvest time, but alas the very hot and dry summer here in south west France has resulted in smaller fruits. However, I have managed to harvest some nice horse chestnuts from a tree tucked away behind a nearby cemetery. I also learned this year to add a fig leaf to the cooking liqueur at it enhances the flavour. I sous-vide the peeled fruits and freeze them in preparation for Christmas when I add to a meat based stuffing for stuffing the turkey neck cavity.

Very interested by Chris’s use of “depuis” in “Je regarde depuis de belles collines”. Does using “depuis” impact a slight change in the English translation such as “I have been watching from beautiful hills” or am I overthinking it.
