Why is there passe compose and not l'imperfait? 

In the C1 writing exercise The King Cake, there is the phrase ‘ he or she will name out loud each person, who will then be given a piece of galette’.

The recommended translation of ‘who will then be given’ is ‘à qui on donnera ensuite’.

You could also say ‘à laquelle on donnera’ ?

1. Ce sont de longues jupes nouvelles.    2. Ce sont des jupes longues et nouvelles.   3.  Ce sont de longues jupes nouvelles.   4. Ce sont de longues et nouvelles jupes.   Which one is the correct sentence? Please clarify.  Thanks in advance.

I have a question for a team member. The above sentence can translate as 1 One can’t park here (impersonal, general)  2 You can’t park here (also impersonal and general but less formal) or 3 We can’t park here (personal, specific) 

In English, the general sense of the first two is similar but the meaning of the third differs. Is that true in French as well, or are the various senses of "on" closer? Presumably it’s clear from context which one is meant.

A click used to operate from anywhere in the box - now only in the bottom area..

Would it be possible to make the whole box sensitive to a mouse click.

From the answers I see to this question in this discussion, we are expected to look through something like 1200 verb conjugations to find which ones fit this category. Even on the Lawless site for Irregular ir verbs, it lists the irregular ir verbs, but only one that changes in the future to an er verb conjugation. Where can one get a simple list of the ir verbs that change to er verb conjugations in the future tense?

I searched quinze heures et quart on Google Search, and found that it is acceptable, however my answer was reported wrong. Please let me know if I have done something wrong, and I appreciate your efforts? Thank you.

I'm sure the speaker says "charger" and not "changer" in this exercise. I understand that "charger" wouldn't make sense in the context but it is still off putting when doing the exercise and trying to faithfully write what is being said
