Depuis, depuis…

Would be good to have further explanation of when you use the present (which we all know is 'normal' with depuis) and when you use the the passé composé. I realise it's quite complicated, but using three examples with two different tenses, without acknowledgement, is rather confusing. (Ah, just read the existing comments. See I'm not the first to feel this!)

Plural partitive?Some sources name a "plural partitive" - des. This lesson doesn't though. I can't really see how something could be uncountable and plural at the same time. Would you agree?

Pronunciation of "t" in "C'est à moi"Why does the pronunciation accompanying this lesson not pronounce the "t" in "C'est à moi"? I have another French language program (and a French speaking daughter) which does pronounce it. Is this possibly a regional difference? Which is correct in formal Parisian French?

Aren't we using Present Perfect Continuous here, and not just Present Perfect?We should have been using Present Perfect Continuous when describing actions continuing in present since some undefined time in the past, shouldn't we?

Use of finir in the first person

For the verb "finir", what is the difference between saying "j'ai fini" and "je fini"? Would the latter be used when you are referring to something specific later in the sentence?

Where do I find the rule about inserting "aussi" into a sentence, such as "She also used pieces of plastic." ?
