How could I say "I can go a day without you" (for example) using the same "se passer de"? I know we can say "Je peux me passer de toi pendant un jour" but could I eliminate the "pendant" and say something along the lines of "Je peux me passer de toi un jour" or "Je peux me passer un jour de toi" (but here you have to split them)?
If not, what would be the correct way to say it? Maybe "pendant" still has to be there in cases such as these?
Les filles aiment ________________ yeux. The girls like your eyes.
Why is my "bien tes" answer marked as incorrect, and the correct answer as aiment. The girls like his eyes, they don't love his eyes.
Thank you
It strikes me that the follow through implied in passé composé for devoir (had to, and did it) is similar to vouloir (wanted to, and did or tried to do it). Does that sound right?
What is the need for having two words for hair in this expression?

How can I post my own lessons on lawless french?
I know full well that you include 'que' here (as a subjective pronoun follows) so why don't you put 'that' in the English example so as not to mislead into a deliberate wrong answer (We have the teacher that we wanted). This is out of order.
