"Autant vous dire que je suis restée sans voix..."

Would "Je pourrais aussi bien" or "Je ferais aussi bien de" work here in the place of "Autant"? Is there a difference in meaning or register between Autant and those phrases, or situations where one would work and not the other? Thanks.

Quiz error?

In a quiz my answer to "You [formal] are cold" was "Vous êtes froid" but it was marked wrong with the correct answer supposed to be Vous avez froid. Contradictions the lesson entirely !

I used tu dors où rather than vous dormez où. It was corrected to tu dormes où. I believe dors and not dormes is correct.

I've seen: imparfait or passé composé ?

Why is "I've seen the neighborhood evolve" translated passé composé instead of imparfait? "I've seen" describes something that happens over time and is not ended, it's continuous and I'm not done seeing. Isn't that the case for imparfait?

...sans que je n'aie jamais...

I am looking at this sentence - 'Toi qui me faisais sauter sur tes genoux pendant des heures sans que je n'aie jamais l'impression de t'ennuyer' - and wondering about the n' before the jamais. He is saying 'without me ever feeling', not 'without me never feeling'.

He had more experience than I did'He had more experience than I did'is translated as ' Il avait plus d'experience que moi' I think that should be a translation of ' He had more experience than me'. Whereas 'Il avait plus d'experience que j'avais' which may not be grammatical or good french (is it? )but does not convert 'than I did', to 'than me'. This kind of approximation in translation whilst necessary in real life is not helpful in the learning process as we are having to guess at what you want .

"Grâce à sa bonté" instead of "Grâce à sa gentillesse"??

I said "Grâce à sa bonté et à sa joie de vivre" instead of "Grâce à sa gentillesse et à sa joie de vivre" and was marked wrong. Isn't "bonté" French for "Kindness"? Thanks.
