What’s the difference in how you use décider à and décider de

From this page and the link to the sister site below, it doesn't feel like there is a pattern to look for.

I wish someone rewrites this article clearly listing all verb forms of plaire as well as using direct object verb forms

Pourquoi la phrase"Et puis, aujourd'hui...." commence avec "Et". En anglais on ne commence jamais un phrase avec "And", on utilise "and" pour la continuation d'une phrase.

I don’t understand the instructions.  If I push on a letter, the letter appears above the circle, but how do the boxes get filled in with the letters?

Why is it "toutes les personnes qui nous ont aidés" and not "aidées?" Is it because of "nous" and not "les personnes?" Merci d'avance ! 

How do I add this writing exercise(Mother's Day presents) to the notebook?

It kept cutting at various parts for me. I had to replace portions of the audio over and over again in order to hear the entire portion. For example, for the first sentence I would almost never hear "Au Luxembourg" so I was confused by the hint. Sometimes I only heard the very last word out of the entire sentence

Question on a test: “What are all the possible ways to say 3 o’clock”  Marked incorrect for NOT choosing the following highlighted answer. Why do I need “de l’après-midi” if I am using “quinze”? Isn’t it obvious that I am speaking of the afternoon?

One of the questions has the reply alternative: D'ici le temps que nous trouvions une solution, il sera trop tard. This was considered incorrect.

However, Reverso has loads of examples where "D'ici le temps que + subj." is translated as "By the time that". So, any reason why this doesn't work here?

d'ici le temps que ces dispositions soient mises en oeuvre -> by the time this is implemented

d'ici le temps que ton bébé ait le même âge que Samuel  -> by the time your baby is Samuel's age

etc., etc
