My mind gets quite confused by combining the past with the present (subjunctive) in one sentence. This is more a question about the subjunctive mode than about rentrer, but could you explain in which situations you use le passe of the subjunctive? If this sentence used parce que, rather than avant que, what tense would you use? (something like "Mathilde a rentre la voiture parce qu'il allait pleuvoir"? - sorry, no accents; if this structure exists, I wouldn't know what the tense is called!)

Title. Trying to figure out if you must have the "ce" or if there are situations where it is not present. 

What's wrong with my Kwizig tests and quizzes? They are mostly faulty in the way they are presented. for example, a multiple choice pull-down on direct object pronouns, answers all in English, etc.

Hello, I'm wondering why the example in the lesson "J'ai remercié Lucas de m'avoir racompagnée hier" would have the feminine past participle following "m'avoir." Thanks for any help with this. 

Any reason why l'hôtel de ville wasn't a possible answer?

I came here after missing a question that used "nulle parte" instead of "nulle part".  Is there some agreement of "parte" that I'm missing?
