As others have noted the English should be "she went into the small swimming pool', as 'to the pool' does not indicate whether she went in or not.Does ‘copine/copain’ suggest a less serious relationship than partenaire and does ‘êtres chers’ work for loved ones? Thanks

Hi, Do you have a list of verbs that are followed by à and de? And is there a simple way to remember which is the right preposition to be used post which verb?
