I would appreciate a lesson on the verbs used when expressing the desire to do something or looking forward to doing something. 

Also, a lesson on the expressions used to mean "picking someone up" would be appreciated.

I translated "famous sculpteur" as "sculpteur connu" but all the suggested answers used "célèbre" instead. Is there a difference? I thought they meant the same thing.

Also, my dictionary translates "versatility" as "polyvalence" in French, and it says that "versatilité" in French actually means fickleness/changeability. Just wanted to clarify.

I was wondering why "je veux" is considered impolite in most contexts, but "voulez-vous" isn't, as they're both forms of "vouloir". Is it only impolite to use the verb "vouloir" when talking about yourself? So would, for example, "il veut" or "ils veulent" be polite?

The latter translation is correct yet the C1 Test marked it worng?

The question was: they wanted to see them which I think is the imperfect tense. The order would then be: they them wanted to see.

However your answer is they wanted them to see.
