Bonjour, Does n'est-ce pas make a sentence negative and thus require si when replying to it or do you use oui. For example, Tu parles anglais, n'est-ce pas ?Is it si or oui, je parle anglais?

The subject of the lesson says subjunctif présent always follows vouloir que. If the sentence is in the past "elle a voulu que"' what happens to the subjunctive? Is it really in the present "elle a voulu que le chien parte" or should the subjunctive past be used? "'elle a voulu que le chien soit parti."'
1) To copy (record) something onto a notebook : copier qch. dans un carnet ?
2) To copy (fraudulently) the exercise from a friend : copier l'exercice sur un ami ?
3) To copy some sentences from a book : copier des phrases sur un livre ?
In the test question with the magic beanstalks, the only accepted answer is Jack got off the magic bean stalk.
In three dictionaries that I have looked up (especially Le Robert & Collins), one of the meanings of decendre with etre is to 'climb down (a tree). Now the preposition 'from' is missing in those definitions but is that so significant a difference that the answer 'Jack climbed down the magic beanstalk" becomes incorrect.
