There are three phrases which the lesson translates into the same expression “What is a pen?”

Qu’est-ce que / Qu’est-ce qu’un stylo ?

Qu’est-ce que c’est / Qu’est-ce que c’est un stylo ?

Qu’est-ce que c’est que / Qu’est-ce que c’est qu’un stylo ?

What is the difference between the 3 questions?   When should each one be used?

Would it possible to prompt the users that they haven't answered all the questions. 

I can't match the transcribed phrase to what I hear. I am sure the woman speaking says a 'qu' sound after 'entraîne'.

Is it correct to write "Je te pense" or  to write "je pense à toi" ?

I suspect that the former could be misunderstood that the indirect object pronoun "te" might represent the preposition  "de" and therefore change the intended meaning? 

I'm thinking that we only use the stressed / tonic pronouns with the third person?

Can someone clear this matter up for me, please?

In the above sentence why is it "pense" à but then "détends"-toi. Since it's the tu form, why isn't it "Penses à"
