Can you also say ' Je n'étais pas permise à les manipuler'?
Could you please explain why we use "J'ai toujours voulu visiter Paris" - and for example "Hier je voulais visiter le musee"?

The English is "I have always wanted." To me, this is a description of an ongoing feeling. So I think "J'avais toujours eu." The correct answer is given as "J'ai toujours eu" To me this is a description of a single event. Can anybody explain? Thank you.

I don't understand, why is it "allez" with a z at the end but "êtes" with an s? Isn't it the same form?
