Bonjour, je dois dire: "ç'est celui que j'aime plus" ou "ç'est ce que j'aime plus"? Merci a tous.

I was wondering for for using il or c'est in this sentence. Que penses-tu de mon canape? ____ est tres joli. Since it is a specific item mon canape I would use il est? I was going to use c'est tres cause when you have the verb etre your suppose to use c'est but, in this sentence to me it seems specific so I would use il est in this case. Am i correct?

Hi, could someone please explain a little bit in detail, the difference between face à and en face de ? Is the first one used for when one faces something, but I think it can be used otherwise too (literally/physically)? 

This article says that the translation for "Il viendra de peur que tu ne sois vexée." is "He comes...", but wouldn't "viendra" translate to "will come"? And then "Il va venir" would be the one that is translated to "He's coming..."

I have encountered this acronym a few times in the Q&A Forums, for example: 'Only if the COD appears before the past participle ...'  I have also searched the wonderful KWIZIQ site without success.  Can someone tell me what COD means?

In the sentence J'adore la vie à la montagne, I translate that as I love the life in the mountains. I was wondering why it isn't J’adore la vie dans les montagnes. Could anyone explain please?

Why we mix the "tu" and "vous" in one sentence?

Does anyone have any recommendations of how to get a full on immersive french experience in France? I am trying to get ready for DALF C1 exam and want to improve fluency quickly. I am looking for 2–3 weeks in France ideally with 3-4hours of structured learning. Ideally staying with someone who speaks only french. Institute Francais seems to have something but it is very expensive and probably too intense. 

The excercise translation was poires rose, while the complete tesxt at the end was pois roses. This sort of thing and punctuation at the end of phrases indicated as errors makes me doubt the utility of these exercises.
