In French, to compare actions you can use superlatives with verbs.

Using Superlatif with verbs in French

Look at these cases of Superlatif with verbs:

Paul est celui qui boit le moins dans ma famille.Paul is the one that drinks the least in my family.

De tous ses employés, c'est Juliette qui travaille le plus.Out of all his employees, Juliette works the most.

Qu'est-ce que tu aimes le plus ici ?What do you like most here?

Ce qu'elle aime le moins chez lui, c'est son arrogance.What she likes the least in him is his arrogance.

Forming the Superlatif of verbs is quite straightforward : 

verb + le plus / le moins 

Note:
- No agreement (la plus / les plus), as verbs have no gender 
- You can't omit the le, unlike in English (most / the most)
