French Canadian translation

Good morning. Respectfully, French Canadian does not only mean Québécois. It includes them and they are in fact a majority but we have many other French Canadians across beautiful country. Thank you.

I don't understand why "étrangères" is at the end of the sentence?

if it's talking about all those subjects being foreign, then the English is very misleading because that's not what I understood from it at all. I also agree with other comments saying how a lot of what's in these exercises are not covered in lessons. For example I have never seen the expression "en quoi" and don't really get why it's used here? Why is there no lesson on this and yet it's expected as the only correct answer to one of these questions?

and why is there "d'" in "mon but est D'avoir ma licence"??

Gender of regions, counties etc.Ils habitent dans le Yorkshire.They live in Yorkshire.Does this mean all British counties are masculine? And the many regions ending in "-side" eg. Le Merseyside?I am giving up on this topic, for the tenth time (using several websites). I have been doing an hour a day for 3 years, and am no closer to getting a decent score in your test.I am not remotely interested in Swiss cantons, -whatever they are, or American states,- some of which I've heard of, so I have to avoid this topic in all the apps that I use. I'm not suggesting this is your fault, - it's just too hard for me.Still love the website though!!!

tense usedSept ans plus tard, il s'envolait pour sa toute première mission à bord de la Station Spatiale Internationale.

I am just wondering why 's'envolait' (a one-0ff event), when above this sentence you had written 'Il a travaillé extrêmement dur', which would have been over a much longer time period.

The transcription has "j'avais beaucoup de mal à parler" - shouldn't it be "du" instead of "de", going by the lesson cited in the exercise? At any rate, it sounded like "du" to me. Thank you.

Great exercise on the whole. I will say (and this is likely because my ears are novices) that I still can't hear the "ne" in "si ça ne te dérange pas ?" I heard the "pas" so assumed it was there.
